I am beyond grateful for this knee support. My 9-year-old, 11-pound Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was diagnosed with a luxating patella that caused her to skip and limp for weeks. My vet dismissed braces as useless and pushed for surgery. Desperate, I gave this a shot. After 48 hours of wear (except at night), her gait is smooth again. If she occasionally starts limping, I put it back on for a day, and she’s fine. Thanks to this brace, we dodged an invasive procedure. Highly recommended!

This brace has made it easier for my dog to get around. I still haven’t brought her back to the dog park because she tends to play too hard, and I don’t want her to hurt herself again. The brace feels well made, and the fabric is soft enough that it doesn’t seem to bother or rub against her skin. She usually doesn’t like wearing things, but she accepted this one pretty quickly and doesn’t try to take it off.

When the brace arrived, I opened the package and put it with our other dog items while I was organizing the house. A couple of days later, I took it out before our dog’s walk and tried it on for the first time. The straps looked a little confusing at first, but once I figured out where everything went, it was easy to use. After adjusting the fit, it stayed in place well enough that I didn’t need to keep fixing it during the walk. The fabric feels soft and flexible, not stiff or bulky, and it folds up nicely when we are not using it. I also like that the straps don’t get tangled every time I take it out of the basket, so it is quicker to put on the next time.
